Forecasting is a tool that any school appreciates because once again it is something that not only helps to give an overview of class numbers in the future, but it also enables the Academic Department to factor in how many classrooms and teachers are needed for any given period. It gives you the possibility to add, remove and adjust timings for each class, whilst also allocating students to the said classes from one screen without you having to go back and forth saving you precious time.

Forecasting is our strong point!

Intrinsiq can also help you with forecasting the number of students booked in the coming weeks (or as far in the future as needed), allowing you to plan for the number of classes needed. The system will only list those students that are booked in for a course for that particular week you are working on, thus removing those students who would have left, or are taking a break, or have gone on holiday. It also includes the new intakes. 

Students remain allocated in the same class unless a change is requested

Students that would have been placed in a particular classroom in the previous weeks would be already allocated to that same class, unless there is a request for them to change or they will be moving up a level.

How to allocate students in classes

To allocate students to classes simply drag and drop. If there are any issues the student name will remain on the list and change colour. Students who are allocated correctly will disappear from the list. This option gives you the possibility to plan ahead of time and to see that your classrooms cover the number of students booked. This comes in handy especially in the high season.
